A visual artist, a columnist and a radio journalist, she writes texts on art and curates exhibitions. She is the author of both monumental sisal reliefs and small objects (Ryby, insekty i różne inne drobiazgi series from 1997), and sound installations (Ciemność from 2002 and Stocznia – suita industrialna from 2005). An author of radio plays and reportage, she is collaborating with radio stations from Germany (RBB, Deutschlandfunk, WDR), Canada (CBC), and Australia (ABC). She has won several dozen prizes and awards in radio contests, including the Grand Prix Marulić. She is a member of the cultural council of the president of Gdansk and the laureate of the cultural awards of the president of Gdansk for 2000, 2008, and 2009, She has been awarded scholarships from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the president of Gdansk, and the Marshal of Pomorskie Voivodeship. In spring, she published Życie grobowe (części proste), which is an attempt at creating a new form combining images (photographs), texts (small narratives), and sounds (field recordings).
